How do you create a form of insomnia?

I wish to train myself into a sleepless state for my own reasons. This would benefit me ALOT, is there any way to make yourself have insomnia?

    Well, I hope you know that without sleep, your immune system will be terrible. You’ll be in a constant state of sleepiness and you won’t be able to do things you could do easily before because your brain doesn’t function properly. Memorization and math problems will be more difficult than they should be.
    Also, insomnia doesn’t necessarily mean not sleeping at all. Insomnia can be waking up constantly during the night, or even sleeping all night and not achieving deep sleep so you’re still tired.

    If you really want insomnia, having a stressful life helps. If you look up ways to cure insomnia, you can cause trouble sleeping by doing exactly the opposite of what they tell you to do. For example, you aren’t supposed to do any stimulating activity within a few hours of your bedtime. Run around or watch television before bed.
