Hi! Okay im 16 and am suffering from major insomnia which isnt good because ya know there is so much i have to do during the day. i already tried taking melatonin a sleep aid and it triggered something and causes horrible dreams at night that leave me waking up screaming and sometimes crying. so it just started a couple weeks ago and now i am unable to sleep at all really. please help.what are some remedies i can do or anything like that to help me fall asleep and stay asleep. i have been trying for almost 5 hours now and just cant.
