I have had insomnia on and off since I was a baby, usually 2-3 months of sleeping regularly, and 1-2 months of not sleeping. A littler personal info may help you to, for lack of better words, diagnose me. I lead a very stressful life as an audio engineer, where my job consists of working with bigtime artists, at all hours and especially weekends. This doesnt seem to bother my girlfriend, she says she understands, and I do believe that she does, but I can’t help but to feel that I have no life on account of being called in at odd hours, and bad times. I do not have a drug problem or any thing like that, I’m just looking for some natural remedies to set my sleeping habits straight. I usually do not sleep more than 3 to 4 hrs and thats around 7am when I fall asleep. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
