Rhode Island medical marijuana – am i eligible?

so i have insomnia, and 5-6 nights a week i dont get to sleep until 4-5 AM. on top of that, it causes anxiety in school and other public situations, sometimes even at home and i get nauseas often. I’m only 14, and have smoked marijuana twice, and i didnt seem to like the harshness of the smoke at first, but then i got more comfortable with it. being high is like being normal to me, im relaxed, and i can just sleep whenever i fall into my bed. i absolutely love getting the amount of sleep i need and not getting anxious, jumpy, and nauseas when im in public. im just so tired of the sleepless nights and whatnot, so im researching medical marijuana. i have heard that at any age under 18, you need a parent’s permission to get recommended by a doctor. im willing to confess to my parents that none of my sleep medicines and mental methods work, and i want to try medical marijuana to treat it. i have heard that marijuana helps people sleep much better than pills, which is the case with me. again, ive only smoked twice in my life and they were months apart, so i am not a pothead looking for an excuse to smoke without the worry of getting caught. im looking for a way to treat insomnia and sleep deprivation induced anxiety. also, are there dispensaries in rhode island? or would i have to grow it?
